Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z dated 07.05.2021 “On the protection of personal data” (hereinafter – “the Law”), I withdraw my consent previously issued by Business Assurance LLC (formerly – BDO LLC), located at 103 Pobediteley ave., floor 8, office 7, 220020, Minsk (hereinafter – “the Operator”).

As part of examination of the Operator’s personal data processing Policy, it was explained to me that withdrawal of Consent may make it impossible for the Operator to provide me with relevant services and services.

The procedure and legal grounds for processing personal data without obtaining the Consent of the personal data subject, regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus, have been explained to me.

I am notified of the deadlines for processing my application by the Operator within fifteen days after receiving it (in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Law), the procedure for terminating the processing of personal data and deleting them, and that in the absence of technical possibility of deleting personal data, the Operator takes measures to prevent further processing, including blocking them.
