Business Assurance LLC took part in the discussion of the issues of business processes reengineering of industrial enterprises

Business Assurance LLC participated in a meeting organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus on business diagnostics, auditing and reengineering of business processes of medium and large industrial enterprises.

A round table meeting with representatives of audit and consulting companies was held on May 28, 2024, chaired by Andrey Mihailovich Kartun, the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.

The main issue for discussion was development of the domestic market of consulting services and in particular services for:

• comprehensive diagnostics of business processes of enterprises;
• working-out of recommendations for optimizing these business processes;
• further support in adoption (implementation) of the recommendations received.

It is expected that Belarusian audit and consulting companies are ready to meet the demand of large domestic enterprises for reengineering and/or optimizing existing business processes of companies as well as for training personnel of state-owned enterprises.
